Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

- Once the order is processed/dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customized / Made-to-Order Products
- Customized or made-to-order Bandhani products (such as sarees, suits, or dupattas designed as per your request) cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway/service charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel your order under certain circumstances, such as:
- Product out of stock or discontinued
- Payment not received/declined
- Technical errors or incorrect pricing
- In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
