At Bandhani by Aadil Khatri, each product is handcrafted with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our Return & Refund Policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized / Made-to-Order Bandhani products (sarees, dupattas, dresses made as per your request) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased during sale/discount offers are non-returnable unless damaged or wrong item delivered.
Return Request Timeline
You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at info@yellowgreen-skunk-197791.hostingersite.com or calling +91 99747 14452.
After 7 days, no return or exchange will be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please email us at info@yellowgreen-skunk-197791.hostingersite.com with your Order ID.
Return Shipping
- For eligible returns, you may be required to ship the item back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.
- In case of approved damage/defect claims, we will cover the return shipping cost.
